Product Description
SG-F8 Composite Sound Insulation Board is designed according to the transmission characteristics of sound. It consists of 3 layers of materials that are 8+1+7mm each with a total of 16mm thickness.
A damping layer selection of 1mm EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is sandwiched between a layer of 8mm 13kg/m² FCB (Fibre Cement Board) and a layer of 7mm 12kg/m² FCB (Fibre Cement Board). By combining materials with different masses, stiffness levels, and thicknesses, the system disrupts multiple sound frequencies and increases STC (Sound Transmission Class) performance.
