D10
Floating Screed Acoustic Floor Damping System
The D10 Floating Screed Acoustic Floor Damping System is a slim impact-noise underlay for concrete floors. A single SG-DM1010 Vibration Damping Mat is laid over the slab and topped with a self-leveling cement screed, forming a floating layer that decouples the finished floor from the structure.
At roughly 10 mm added height it reaches IIC 64 with about 28 dB of impact reduction — an efficient solution for apartments, offices and hotels where headroom and floor build-up must stay minimal.

Sound Insulation Prediction

All STC, OITC and acoustic performance figures are estimated / simulated values (INSUL Sound Insulation Prediction v9.0.22, © Marshall Day Acoustics 2017) intended solely as design references — not guaranteed field performance. Final results depend on site conditions, construction details and installation quality, beyond the control of INSUL.
